Q: Do you need an account to use FirearmClub?


A: No, you can browse ads and contact sellers directly by phone. However, if you want to send them a message or want to post ads you will need to create an account.
 

Q: Does it cost anything to post ads?

 

A: No payment is required to post ads on FirearmClub for personal club membership plans. However for business club membership plans there is a annual membership fee of $69 for unlimited listings for vendors who have large volumes of firearms and accessories to sell. There is also a few special options when posting your ad such as featured ad options that we do charge for to help promote your ad but they are not required.
 

Q: How do I post an ad for a Club Membership (free account)?


A: Scroll to the top of the page and click on "Post an ad" or at the bottom "Registration" or "Sell on FirearmClub" and register as a new user by selecting the club membership plan and fill out the required fields. You will have to confirm your account by opening your email and click on account confirmation at FirearmClub to verify your new account. You will be able to post ad(s) from your profile after being logged in the website.
 

Q: How do I post an ad for a Business Membership (paid account)?

 

A: Scroll to the top of the page and click on "Post an ad" or at the bottom "Registration" or "Sell on FirearmClub" and register as a new user by selecting the business membership plan and fill out the required fields. You will have to confirm your account by opening your email and click on account confirmation at FirearmClub to verify your new account. You will be able to post ad(s) from your profile after being logged in the website and will required to make the payment before the ad goes live.
 

Q: I have signed up and have not recieved my confirmation email?


A: Typically, new registration emails can take up to 15 minutes to reach your email account. If for some reason it doesn't please check your spam folder and to make sure that you can receive our email, you can "white list" email from FirearmClub.com. White listing is an option that you set up your email software to accept incoming email from a specific email address or domain, overriding your mail service provider's SPAM filter. If that does not work feel free to contact us by phone during normal business hours.
 

Q: How long are ads posted for?


A: For club membership plans, ads expire after 90 days and can be renewed from your account profile page. For business memberships, ads expire after 1 year. We ask if you could please remove your ads that have sold so that buyers won't waste time trying to buy items that are already sold.
 

Q: How do I delete my ad after it sells?


A: To delete your ad, you must first login to your account by clicking on the account person icon from the main menu at the top of the page. Once you are logged in, you will see a list of all your current ads and under each listing will have a "Remove" button next to the ad.
 

Q: How do I renew my ad?


A: Ads are active for 90 days for club members and a year for business members which can be renewed in your account dashboard. To renew your ad, you must first login to your account by clicking on the "POST AN AD" or personal icon image in the header from the main menu. Once you are logged in, you will see a list of all your current ads and you can renew them in your account dashboard.
 

Q: What is your refund policy?


A: We will refund your business club membership fee in full at any time if you are dissatisfied. However, we are not able to return featured ads promotional fees.
